So I’d been thinking this was turning out to be a pretty successful Christmas season. All the cards got sent, the presents bought and wrapped, the house decorated, and everything done on time. The pond in my parent’s backyard partially froze this week. It’s so pretty in the spring and summer with the flowers blooming around it, but it also looks really neat like this with all the ice on the rocks and around the edges.
