I wouldn’t call myself ‘cheap’, exactly, but I have been described as ‘frugal’.  Dictionary.com defines frugal as, “economical in use or expenditure; prudently saving or sparing; not wasteful”.  I’m okay with that.  I’d say it’s pretty accurate.  Except when it comes to fabric shopping, then that all goes out the window, but that’s a whole other issue.  [...]
