A little about me, let’s see….
I’m a 30-something wife, MOM!, daughter, daughter-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, niece, and above all, child of God. I’m an RN by night, kid wrangler by day. I’m an aspiring crafter as my sanity and creative outlet. I’m always looking for a new challenge, new project, and new goal. I enjoy everything crafty, and have a dream to one day make it more than a hobby. I’m in for a lot of challenges, probably a lot of heartache, and hopefully a lot of excitement. I’d invite you to come along with me for the ride.
Too cool. you never told me you had a blog. This is great!
Yes i do and look foward to it every day. You really are amazing, and the bestest sister-in-law.
I love your new ladybug letterhead……so cute!!!
I love the hippo, she is adorable!!
How come I have not clicked on this section before! Anyway, Hello!
Your computer, camera, you didn’t sound like you were having any luck….I love reading your blog…Oh Danny got me a new sewing machine, its computerized. It’s really cool, i can’t wait to see what it can do…:)
I am so glad that I ran across the snippet of your blog on quilterblogs that day. I have started a quilt that I thought might get done sometime before my three year old daughter graduated from high school. I have started my own blog, and have now joined an around the world quilting bee and a block swap. You have been a great inspiration and a nice addition to my circle of friends.
Have fun with your new computer, and I am sorry about your car. It made me sad to see my first “very own” car go too.
I found your blog searching Google for hamster pictures – and up came a lovely photo of cotton spools. I couldn’t resist seeing what the connection was (and I still haven’t worked out what hamsters have to do do with spools but there you are..) and the photo took me to your blog. And I just love it. Congratulations. It’s been a while since I did any quilting but you’ve inspired me to ‘get back on track’ so from over here in Spain – many thanks.
PS -Passing your link to my mum in England – who does quilt, and very well too.
loved the pictures and exploring. Especially the pictures of L & S. You see your mother set us up with one of these guys… And we looked the other day and said, “He’s gone! How did he get out.” Now I look at the pictures and see that He is a master of disguise! We haven’t followed along as you did so your pics help fill in the blanks. I love the pics of the Red’s game too. I have never been to this stadium but saw the Redlegs play about 12 or so times over my childhood. Thanks for sharing.

Joanna, When your Mom and Fern were here they told me about your Blog. I’ve just spent over a hour reading it. You do beautiful work, I had no idea that you were so creative.
I have several friends that are into quilting so I will have to pass your blog on to them. I am sure they will enjoy.
